Description: Docusign is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its Global Business Integrity team. The role focuses on the human side of compliance within the LATAM region, applying behavioral science and decision design to global integrity programs. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing for regional expansion, managing regulatory requirements (Trade, Anti-Corruption, Public Sector), and leveraging AI and data analytics to modernize compliance controls. This is a remote-friendly individual contributor position.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess an LLB from a recognized Brazilian university and maintain active enrollment in good standing with a State Bar Council. A minimum of 8 years of relevant in-house legal experience (ideally in SaaS/Tech) is required, alongside fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Preferred candidates will have 12+ years of experience and an advanced degree (MBA or Master's).
