En este puesto, serás responsable de comprender a fondo los desafíos del negocio y diseñar soluciones innovadoras y escalables, con foco en la experiencia del usuario. Participarás activamente en la definición de la hoja de ruta del producto, tomarás decisiones estratégicas de diseño y garantizarás que el producto final sea tanto técnicamente sólido como alineado a las necesidades reales del mercado.

Lo que puedes esperar de este rol (Responsabilidades)

  1. Desarrollo de producto: Participá activamente en la creación y mejora de funcionalidades, priorizando el valor para el usuario.
  2. Colaboración con usuarios: Entendé sus necesidades y tomá decisiones basadas en datos.
  3. UX & diseño: Creá experiencias intuitivas y atractivas, cuidando los detalles.
  4. Excelencia técnica: Escribí código limpio y eficiente, automatizando procesos de desarrollo, pruebas y despliegue.
  5. Visión estratégica: Sumá ideas al roadmap y proponé mejoras e innovaciones.
  6. Integración de IA: Desarrollá soluciones que potencien el aprendizaje mediante IA.
  7. Trabajo en equipo: Colaborá con perfiles de Data, Fullstack (TypeScript) y, a futuro, especialistas en IA.

Requisitos

  • Foco en el usuario: Pasión por resolver problemas reales con impacto.
  • Mentalidad analítica: Capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas por datos.
  • Iteración constante: Gusto por prototipar, testear y mejorar.
  • Base técnica sólida: Experiencia en desarrollo de software y uso de herramientas de automatización.

Deseable

  • Experiencia en desarrollo Fullstack (ideal TypeScript).
  • Haber trabajado en proyectos EdTech.
  • Perfil emprendedor/a: experiencia llevando productos al mercado.
