About the position

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Business Integration team to support our clients (large global companies) in integrating goFLUENT Language Training and Assessment solutions with their Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solutions.

The consultant will lead WW integration projects of goFLUENT products & solutions with our client's internal IT systems. You will be in charge of the projects from the definition phase, execution, testing, and deployment of the solution.

What you'll do

  1. Support our Sales and Customer Success teams when designing integration solutions for their clients.
  2. Advise and support our clients on integrating goFLUENT solutions with their LMS or ATS in combination with SSO integrations (SAML, SCIM, LTI, REST API, etc.) whenever needed.
  3. Interface with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation & deployment.
  4. Support clients' internal & external teams in case of technical issues related to the integrations.
  5. Train other teams & coordinate information within the organization.

What you'll need

  1. University Degree, preferably with a technical background.
  2. Proven project management experience, 1-2 years of experience.
  3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  6. English & Spanish level C1.
