Digibee is an iPaaS that scales integration workflows while reducing cost and technical debt. Rather than require specialized integration experts, Digibee lets every developer quickly build, test, deploy, govern, and monitor integrations across on-premise and cloud environments using a simple but powerful low-code interface.

Founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2017 and headquartered in Weston, Florida, our team is widely distributed throughout the Americas. In May of 2023, Digibee closed a Series B funding round of $60 million that is intended to drive our expansion in the United States.

About the role
The Integration Expert is a strategic consultant who will leverage the Digibee platform to drive projects requiring system integrations, delivering robust and scalable solutions to our clients. This role involves designing and developing solutions based on our platform, including API development, defining integration architectures with microservices, orchestrating and choreographing services, and decoupling data flows.

On a typical day, you will…

• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability not only to understand client pain points but also to develop a strategic vision to address them, aligning solutions with long-term business objectives.
• Client Engagement: Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, actively collaborating to capture and refine integration requirements while providing insightful guidance.
• Complex Integrations: Extensive experience in implementing and maintaining complex integration solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of integration technologies and best practices.
• Schedule Management: Proficiency in estimating timelines, ensuring efficient project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Risk Management: Strong track record of identifying, mitigating, and strategically addressing technical risks by leveraging extensive experience.
• Testing Strategy: Experience in developing comprehensive testing strategies and procedures to ensure robust and reliable integration solutions.
• Problem Solving: Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, drawing on extensive troubleshooting experience, and providing guidance to junior team members.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: In addition to technical responsibilities, provide mentorship, guidance, and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members. This role aims to help develop colleagues' skills and expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Knowledge Repository Enrichment and Innovation: Contribute to and leverage the knowledge repository by adding best design practices, customer insights, and innovative ideas. This repository serves as a valuable resource for the organization, promoting continuous improvement and excellence in solution architecture.

What you'll need to bring

• Experience: Over 5 years as a Solutions Developer; preference for 3+ years in a SaaS company.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of integration technologies and methodologies in software project environments.
• Desired Skills: Experience delivering in-person and remote training for partners and clients, assisting in the development and maintenance of training and workshop materials. Strong understanding of integration technologies and the challenges clients face when adopting infrastructure platforms. Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute integration projects across diverse industries.
• Client Relationship Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage client expectations and proactively resolve issues.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Integration Methodology Competence: Ability to apply integration methodologies and best practices in different project scenarios.
• Interpersonal Skills: Proactivity, problem-solving, and strong organizational abilities.
