Position: Customer Service Associate in Portuguese.

For our Service Center in the state of São Paulo, we are looking for people for the position of Customer Service Representative in the Virtual Work modality who identify with the highest quality standards on Amazon, and are interested in pursuing a career in a pioneering company, willing to invent and simplify based on our clients.

What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
Our representatives must be detail-oriented, skilled in oral and written expression, and willing to help us exceed the expectations of our clients; offering a professional, punctual and quality service.
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to avoid problems, resolve questions, and delight our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the Brazilian market, responding to their requests by phone, chat and/or email. This includes everything from order and product questions to payment issues and site guidance.
Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

What are the schedules?
This role requires working hours that vary to coincide with the time when customers need us the most. You will be working day shifts and your work week is a minimum of 36 hours. To meet the demand of our clients, we schedule according to a variety of shift patterns within our operating hours from 06:00 to 24:00 from Monday to Sunday. You may be required to work on national holidays and will be compensated according to the law. You'll learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Reside in the State of São Paulo.
• You must be available to get high speed Internet (10 MB download/ 2 MBG upload or higher).
• Be over 18 years old
• High school diploma completed.
• National ID or residence card with legal migratory status in the country.
• Willingness to work varied shifts from Monday to Sunday
• You'll need a quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated desk space with chair).
