Senior Systems Analyst – Senior .NET Developer

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET 8 and .NET 10
• Design and implement RESTful APIs following architectural and security best practices
• Build event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Apply modern development and architecture patterns to ensure scalability, observability, and resilience
• Support and enhance Core Banking systems
• Monitor and analyze application performance and availability metrics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies
• Investigate incidents, perform troubleshooting, and conduct root-cause analysis
• Contribute to defining technical standards and software engineering best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience with C# and .NET 8 or later
• Experience building high-performance RESTful APIs
• Experience with RabbitMQ and/or Apache Kafka
• Advanced knowledge of event-driven architecture
• Experience with Event Sourcing concepts
• Proficiency in design patterns and modern architectures
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices
• Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Proven experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or Core Banking systems
• Experience supporting, enhancing, and modernizing business-critical applications
• Experience with Matera solutions
• Knowledge of the Pix ecosystem, including SPI, DICT, MED, Bacen messaging, and transaction flows
• Experience with microservices and distributed architectures
• Experience with Kubernetes and containers
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL databases
• Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
