Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with experience in the Real Estate industry.

The ideal candidate will manage accounting functions for clients in the Real Estate industry, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements for Real Estate clients
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with client teams to provide timely and insightful financial information
  • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and hospitality management systems
Requirements
  • 5+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on the Real Estate industry
  • Familiarity with revenue recognition, occupancy taxes, and industry-specific metrics in the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other relevant tools
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
