Who We're Looking For

• Customer-Facing Experience: 2+ years in B2B environments or a consulting firm.
• Account Management Expertise: Knowledge in e-commerce or CRM systems.
• Communication Pro: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Insider tools is a big plus
• Location: Based in São Paulo - Hybrid model

What You'll Do

• Solve It All: Address technical issues, resolve partner requests, and optimize operations on the Insider platform.
• Be a Partner Hero: Manage technical relationships, ensuring seamless support and success for partners.
• Communicate Like a Pro: Master communication and problem-solving to deliver top-tier experiences.
• Collaborate & Conquer: Work with Customer Success Managers to provide smooth, impactful solutions.
• Feedback Wizard: Gather insights from partners to help improve our product.
• Deliver Excellence: Meet SLAs with speedy response times and resolution skills.
