Net L3 Support Engineer

Overview

We are hiring a .NET L3 Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core, Web API & SQL Server to provide advanced technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex infrastructure challenges. Also requires a strong English communicator.

Work Time Zone: US Pacific (IST: 11:30 pm to 7:30 am)

What You'll Do

• Support multiple projects with functional expertise, providing support to clients in the USA via various communication channels.
• Handle issues and troubleshoot technical/functional problems as they arise.
• Work on various platforms to support multiple projects and processes.
• Code and debug to resolve technical issues.
• Act as the sole point of contact (POC) for clients based in various countries.

What We're Looking For
Must have technical skills

• Experience with Product Support / Tech Support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Working experience with databases – SQL queries, making API calls using POSTMAN.
• Working experience in jQuery & CSS.
• Troubleshooting problems and debugging glitches.

Good to have skills

• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Experience handling queries and some functional experience with AI/Bots is preferred.
