Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards across approximately 7 plasma collection centers
  • Collaborate with corporate operations and regulatory departments to maintain plasma safety and quality
  • Assist in audit preparations and manage audit outcomes, representing the employer to regulatory agencies
  • Provide oversight on employee relations, hiring, and training to develop leadership within the centers
  • Lead operational projects and implement process changes to enhance center performance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or biological sciences, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience, including managing employees
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and the ability to monitor compliance remotely
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multi-site locations in a regulated environment
  • Skills in training and presentation to achieve results
  • Proficiency in resource planning and organizing for project management
  • Ability to analyze situations, establish risks, and find solutions to prevent issues
  • Experience in developing remote employees
