Tu Perfil

Buscamos personas con habilidades para resolver problemas, que con una mentalidad colaborativa, estructurada y orientada a brindar servicios de alto nivel a nuestros clientes. Profesionales que brinden liderazgo al equipo de ingenieros de servicio con el fin de mantener la capacidad operativa equilibrando las necesidades del cliente, del negocio y del equipo. Tu trabajo consistirá en apoyar y coordinar a los miembros del equipo para, crear una experiencia excelente para el cliente y satisfacer las demandas del mercado de servicios.

Principales Tareas

  • Coordinar y planificar servicios programados, paradas y contratos, garantizando la disponibilidad de técnicos y cumplimiento de cronogramas.
  • Acompañar el desarrollo técnico y profesional del equipo de servicio, promoviendo una cultura de calidad, seguridad y orientación al cliente
  • Asegurar el correcto cierre técnico y documental de los servicios realizados.
  • Validar y registrar datos en los sistemas, garantizando la trazabilidad y calidad de la información.
  • Monitorear y mejorar el cumplimiento de SLAs, la performance operativa y los KPIs del área.
  • Coordinar con áreas clave (Supply, Order Handling, Administración, Ventas) para alinear recursos y prioridades.
  • Gestionar el backlog y asegurar su cobertura de manera eficiente.
  • Generar reportes de gestión y facilitar la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
  • Representar al equipo frente a clientes estratégicos, fomentando relaciones de confianza y seguimiento post-servicio.
  • Participar eventualmente en servicios en terreno, brindando soporte en casos críticos o de alta complejidad.

Idioma: Se valora el domino de inglés

Educación y Conocimiento: Puedes ser tanto técnico como ingeniero: Mecánico y/o eléctrico con experiencia en cargos de líder o coordinador. Se requiere al menos 2 años de experiencia en cargos de líder, coordinador, etc.
