Job Title: Field Service Preparation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Preparation Specialist to join our team.

  • Select and specify equipment and configuration in close cooperation with Field Service Technicians and Project Managers.
  • Define service-related spare parts in consultation with Project Team Leads.
  • Plan preparation activities with Project Teams and Supply Chain.
  • Maintain and check Project Preparation Reports, communicating relevant information to involved personnel.
  • Validate outgoing tools and equipment for completeness and accuracy.
  • Track survey results regarding equipment performance to provide relevant information for debriefing and lessons learned.
Key Responsibilities:

The Field Service Preparation Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Evaluating equipment needs and specifications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) policies and standards.
  • Providing excellent communication skills and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree in electronics or mechanical discipline preferred.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • An independent, flexible, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
