Coordinated Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Coordinated Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching field engineers to customer sites based on support tickets.

  • Validate and process inbound site-related requests from customers.
  • Manage site access requests for internal teams and external partners.
  • Support logistics for materials and equipment needed at field locations.
Requirements
  • A technical degree or relevant post-secondary education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
