Operational Logistics Performance Analyst

Job Summary:
The Logistics Systems Monitoring Specialist will oversee the monitoring and quality of logistics systems to drive efficiencies, reduce errors, and improve data quality. The analyst will monitor critical systems to ensure seamless global logistics operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing system functions such as EDI (e.g., 210, 990, 214) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and proactive issue resolution.
- Monitoring visibility data flows and data completeness within the FourKites platform.
- Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating system errors to ensure minimal disruptions.
- Standardizing system monitoring processes by ensuring consistent execution of tasks across locations.
- Collaborating with local and global logistics teams to streamline processes and implement best practices.
- Using data insights to optimize system performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous work experience in logistics, transportation, or operations.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex information systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Transportation.
- Previous experience working with external carrier partners on EDI Quality and Timeliness.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), SAP EBS, or UC4 job processing.
- Experience with error resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tracking.
