Clinical specialists work with individuals to address personal, social, or psychological challenges. This may involve providing tools and techniques to support mental health, identifying patterns of thinking and behavior that limit quality of life, and equipping clients with more effective ways of thinking and relating.
Clients often seek support for issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction. Clinical specialists must be skilled in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Motivational Interviewing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mental health support for clients through telehealth or onsite services.
- Partner with internal teams to improve platform and client programs.
Clinical specialists require a Master's Degree in Counselling/Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology, along with 300 hours of post-qualification counselling experience.
They must hold valid and active licenses applicable to their country of practice and possess proficiency in English and their local language.
