Job Description:

As a Guest Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest service by meeting and greeting guests, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of guest interactions and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming environment for guests by meeting and greeting them, answering inquiries, and providing information about onboard amenities and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement.
  • Responsible for resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, including handling complaints and providing solutions.
  • Assist with the operation of the reception desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. You should also have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to guest issues.

Additionally, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in a related field such as hospitality, customer service, or sales. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer-based programs is also essential.
