Role Summary
The Rewards & HRIS Specialist is a key member of the Total Rewards team, responsible for supporting compensation and benefits administration along with HR technology systems and data analytics. The role will focus primarily on total rewards programs, including compensation analysis, benefits administration, and compliance while also assisting with HRIS management, data integrity, reporting, and system optimization.
This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to support HR operations and drive process efficiencies.

What You'll Be Doing
HRIS & Data Management
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring system integrity, functionality, and data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system enhancements, troubleshooting, workflows and user support.
- Develop and generate HR reports and dashboards, providing insights on compensation, benefits utilization, and workforce trends.
- Support the automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and employee self-service capabilities.
- Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy laws and company policies by managing security and access controls.
- Partner with IT and HR teams to implement system upgrades, integrations, and new functionalities.
- Train HR and business users on HRIS best practices and reporting tools.
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and incentive plan tracking.
- Support the annual compensation review cycle, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and pay equity analysis.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Total Rewards team to provide data-driven compensation insights.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, audits, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in analyzing benefits utilization data to recommend plan improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to rewards and HR systems.
- Maintain records and documentation related to total rewards programs and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in administrative or people services roles with at least 2 years of benefits experience.
- Strong knowledge of global benefits programs and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading HRIS platforms, with a focus on reporting, analytics, and process automation.
- Expertise in compensation design, job evaluation, and incentive programs.
- Ability to analyze market trends, benchmark data, and financial modeling to drive strategic recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to senior leadership.
- Experience working with multinational organizations and managing total rewards strategies across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
- Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate analytics into actionable business insights.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
