Job Title: Senior Compensation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced compensation professional to support multiple client groups in partnership with senior people partners and business leadership. The ideal candidate will have subject matter expertise and minimum of 5 years professional work experience in compensation, demonstrated client management skills, broad knowledge of compensation issues including market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices as well as some benefits experience.

The role involves providing senior level compensation consulting support to HR and lines of business, partnering with and advising HR and business leaders on LAC compensation, navigating HR systems, preparing advanced compensation analysis, managing various compensation-based initiatives and projects, establishing project objectives and developing project plans.

The successful candidate will have experience operating in a matrixed organization, ability to build relationships and manage key and senior level stakeholders, excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentations), ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, ability to think strategically, and excellent problem solving, judgement and decision-making skills in highly complex situations.

  • Provide senior level compensation consulting support to HR and lines of business.
  • Partner with and advise HR and business leaders on LAC compensation.
  • Navigate HR systems and benchmarking tools to generate relevant reports.
  • Prepare advanced compensation analysis including interpretation of complex reports.
  • Manage various compensation-based initiatives and projects.
  • Establish project objectives and develop project plans.
  • Partner with Finance teams to assist with forecasting and year-end budget modeling.
  • Provide insights and market intelligence on competitive landscape, trends, and practices.
