Bring your fresh perspective, develop your strengths, break out your mold, and find a career that fits your dreams with us.**Click on the link below to learn what our employees have to say about Evonik:****RESPONSIBILITIES*** Focus on analyzing and solving global tickets (Service Requests, Change Requests, Incidents) that appear within the global SAP O2C Environment (sales processes)* Provide advice to business departments on business processes, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization in O2C processes, as well as preparing the corresponding technical design for the development team.* Manage internal and cross-departmental projects (partial or complete), providing technical guidance and management of project members.* Actively participate in the design of roll-out plans and their successful international implementation.* Take over basic customization tasks.* Work independently on developing, enhancing, and identifying automation opportunities (SAP, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar technologies).* Work directly with customers to understand their business needs, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.* Stay up to date with the latest SAP releases and technologies and pursue professional development opportunities.* Work in a multicultural and international environment, being part of an agile team.* When necessary, take over the provider management of external suppliers.**REQUIREMENTS*** At least 7-10 years working experience within the SAP-Modul SD, preferably within the chemical industry.* Additional knowledge in PP, FICO, MM, QM, and Intercompany would be a benefit.* Experience working in an agile environment.* Excellent in written and spoken English is a must.
