Position

Manufacturing Pre-Sales Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant with implementation expertise in Oracle EBS or JD Edwards (JDE) manufacturing solutions (work in process, inventory management, cost management, maintenance, quality, direct procurement) and Oracle Fusion Cloud's Supply Chain Execution Cloud module - both discrete and process.

We are only interviewing implementation consultants that will fulfill a pre-sales role within our sales organization. In this role, you will lead discovery workshops, define solution architectures, write sales proposals and RFP responses and deliver impactful demonstrations to prospective clients. You will engage confidently with C-level stakeholders and plant-floor teams alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with manufacturing, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Map clients' need to Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions in discrete and process manufacturing.
• Design and deliver demos across discrete and process manufacturing for all industries in Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Author solution design and solution approach in RFPs and sales proposals.
• Respond to RFPs with detailed technical and functional inputs.
• Create implementation timelines by phases for RFPs and sales proposals.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams on scope, estimates, and SOWs.
• Write the functional and technical scope for SOWs.
• Represent the company at Oracle and industry events.
• Contribute white papers and thought leadership content.
• Become Oracle Fusion Cloud certified in AI Agent Studio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of functional, hands-on implementation experience in Oracle EBS or JDE manufacturing (discrete and process).
• 5+ years of functional, hands-on implementation in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud solutions
• 10+ full-cycle implementations as a functional consultant and solution architect roles in workshops, design, configuration, testing, and training.
• Expertise in Work in Process (WIP), Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM), Oracle Shop Floor Management (OSFM), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Inventory, Quality, Direct Procurement for EBS and / or JDE equivalent
• Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud and the five sub-modules:
  • Manufacturing Cloud (Discrete and /or Process)
  • Inventory Management Cloud
  • Cost Management Cloud
  • Quality Management Cloud
  • Maintenance Management Cloud
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing execution steps: routings, batch creation, shop-floor data collection, lot/serial tracking, quality plans, and costing.
• Experience in integrating to 3rd party MES's from EBS / JDE and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Strong communication skills across executive and operational stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (EBS or JDE) in Manufacturing
• Oracle Certified in Oracle Supply Chain Execution Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory, Procurement).
• Familiarity with OIC, SOA Suite, OTBI, BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of global manufacturing compliance (cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9001).

Travel

• Up to 40% travel

US Base Pay Disclosure

Accelalpha follows fair and equitable payment practice, considering many factors such as the candidate's skill set, previous experience, as well as job duties, requirements, responsibilities, and work location. For this position, the expected base salary range is USD $160,000 to $180,000. Pay increments and frequency of payment will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
