Responsibilities:
  • Conduct technical analysis of business processes, map technical requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement improvements and new functionalities in PeopleSoft.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate the correct functioning of implemented features.
  • Provide post-implementation support and resolve technical issues related to PeopleSoft usage.
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for end-users, ensuring proper system usage.
  • Identify and suggest continuous improvements in the system to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
  • Document technical processes, solutions, and system configurations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant in financial modules.
  • Knowledge of business processes and how they integrate with PeopleSoft.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to interact with users and technical teams effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
  • Knowledge of change management and user training.

Experience with integrating PeopleSoft with other corporate systems.
