Overview

In this individual contributor role, you will ensure the smooth running of infrastructure, network systems, security, and PC operation across all DyStar Brazil offices, including Sao Paulo and Apiuna. This is an on-site role in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and not open for hybrid or remote work.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
  • IT Help Desk at all levels across all sites – all software and hardware
  • IT Infrastructure management
  • Valuation and testing of hardware and software
  • Purchase IT equipment
  • Selection, valuation, and administration of IT providers
  • IT Security and antivirus administration
  • Communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access)
  • Application server management
  • Windows user administration
  • Other IT tasks/projects assigned by Global IT Group
Supervisory Responsibilities

None

Education
  • College degree in IT/Engineering or successful completion of IT technical degree/certification
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
  • Minimum 2 years of Wintel administration experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supporting office network and IT infrastructure such as firewall, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Must be able to communicate in English with the Americas Regional Headquarters in the United States and with the Global Headquarters in Singapore — Advanced to Fluent in writing and speaking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 - 20 pounds at times
  • May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction
