As part of Webull's growth in Latin America, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to join our regional Marketing team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global fintech environment while helping shape the marketing operations of our growing business in the region.

Role Summary

This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring flawless technical execution of marketing campaigns across LATAM. You'll be the key operator of marketing platforms — including our CRM (OSS) — managing campaign logistics, supporting analytics, and coordinating smoothly across markets.

Languages required: Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Operate marketing automation platforms and internal tools. Set up and manage campaigns, social media posts, push notifications, email templates, in-app messages, and banners across markets (BR, MX, CO, CL).
  • Localization & Segmentation: Execute campaigns with appropriate targeting by country, language, segment, and channel. Ensure all localized content is uploaded and displayed correctly.
  • Influencer & Asset Management Support: Track influencer deliverables, schedule content across platforms, manage asset tagging, and handle approval processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA of all campaigns before and after launch — verifying copy, links, visuals, targeting, and UX consistency.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance: Build and maintain dashboards and reports for campaign performance and user behavior metrics. Be responsible for marketing data input in internal systems.
  • Process Alignment: Work closely with local and global marketing, product, and data teams to ensure standardized and scalable workflows.
  • BI Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely data input in marketing systems for seamless metric tracking.
  • Approval Process Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for content approvals, including compliance review and sign-off.

  • Turnaround time from campaign setup to launch
  • Platform uptime and content accuracy
  • Timeliness and relevance of weekly reporting
  • Number of campaigns successfully localized per quarter
  • Compliance approval process adherence
  • Accuracy and timeliness of marketing data inputs
Qualifications
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in Marketing
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, social media, and campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of segmentation and campaign performance metrics
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial institutions is a plus
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish
