Overview

Outpatient Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Professional / Part Time

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring for an Outpatient Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Professional / Part Time role. The outpatient program is located at Salisbury Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, PA and is co-located within the schools of the Catasauqua Area School District. Evening and/or Saturday hours may be required in Bethlehem, PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy within an outpatient program, primarily located within school district settings.
• Work with children's behavioral health issues in outpatient or similar levels of care.
• Maintain compliance with CASSP principles and principles of cultural competence.
• Maintain compliance with Medical Assistance and Managed Care regulations in accordance with Commonwealth of Pennsylvania outpatient program regulations.
• Communicate with families, schools, school districts, managed care organizations, referral sources and other providers as necessary to ensure satisfaction with services, continuity of care and to promote quality client care and program growth.
• Maintain productivity and complete documentation within established guidelines.
• Complete initial assessments and treatment plans, and updates within established program timelines.
• Attend staff trainings and supervision as assigned.
• Assist in the preparation process prior to external/internal audits and reviews.
• Participate in commercial insurance credentialing and maintain eligibility.

Position Details

• Part-time opportunity
• Pay: $32-$34 per hour

Position Requirements

• Education: Master's Level Therapist (Mental Health Professional)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• Graduate degree with field placement in psychology or related field
• Valid driver's license

• Previous experience working with children and families in an outpatient setting
