Outpatient Child and Family Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy within an outpatient program. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with children, families, and communities to promote emotional well-being and resilience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and community stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and services provided.
- Master's degree in a mental health-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling).
- Current licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
