O desafio como Senior Software Engineer II

Você fará parte do time Digital Farm, na tribo Core Services, responsável por sustentar a base Cropwise, nossa plataforma digital global para o agro. Nosso objetivo é inovar e oferecer excelência na agricultura, criando soluções escaláveis, robustas e interoperáveis. Como Senior Software Engineer II, você será uma referência técnica, liderará decisões estratégicas, atuará como mentor e garantirá a evolução de nosso ecossistema com qualidade.

Descrição da vaga

  • Projetar soluções completas para problemas de negócio, focando em arquitetura escalável e orientada a objetos, especialmente em Ruby;
  • Ser referência técnica em um ou mais domínios, contribuindo estrategicamente para o negócio;
  • Desenvolver software com princípios sólidos de engenharia (POO), principalmente em Ruby, atuando também com Java e Python;
  • Conduzir discussões técnicas, promovendo troca de conhecimentos e aprendizado contínuo;
  • Definir arquiteturas e tecnologias para novos sistemas, alinhando-se aos objetivos de longo prazo.

Qualificações

  • Experiência mínima de 8 anos em desenvolvimento de software;
  • Sólida experiência com Ruby (obrigatório);
  • Experiência com Java ou Python;
  • Vivência com testes automatizados para garantir qualidade;
  • Experiência com Kubernetes e AWS em produção;
  • Capacidade de transformar desafios de negócio em soluções técnicas eficientes;
  • Inglês fluente para atuar em ambiente global.
