Job Overview:

Sr. QA Engineer - LATAM

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in Sao Paulo.

This role involves manual and automated testing of features across various platforms, including web and mobile.

  • Responsible for testing features across various platforms.
  • Owns the planning, development, and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Reviews user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
  • Helps develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques.
  • Finds, isolates, documents, regresses, and tracks bugs through resolution.
  • Interprets and reports testing results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual and Automated Testing: Responsible for testing features across various platforms.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Owns the planning, development, and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • User Interface Review: Reviews user interfaces for conformity and functionality.
  • Testing Strategies: Helps develop, improve, and employ testing strategies and techniques.
  • Bug Tracking: Finds, isolates, documents, regresses, and tracks bugs through resolution.
  • Test Result Reporting: Interprets and reports testing results.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Experience in automation testing.
  • Experience in manual testing.
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for the full software development life cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior management.
  • Experience with AWS and NoSQL.
  • Ability to take projects from scoping requirements to launch.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Full proficiency in English.
