About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This dynamic organization prides itself on its ability to customize and tailor products in an agile manner, emphasizing quality as a core focus within the business.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Quality Lead and support the management of the site quality management system, encompassing GMP programs, cleaning & sanitation, internal and external audits, food safety programs, and production assistance.

This role requires a strong driver of culture change to achieve an exceptional quality culture across the site, necessitating hands-on approach and a curious nature to think outside the box.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage quality systems and lead improvement activities
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and foster positive relationships through strong communication skills
  • Degree qualified with relevant working experience in a food & beverage manufacturing environment, preferably in a dairy setting
