We're seeking a skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our quality assurance unit, you'll be responsible for conducting thorough merchandise inspections, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with suppliers will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of incoming merchandise to ensure compliance with company procedures;
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any quality or logistical issues;
- Collaborate with other teams to implement quality control processes and improve overall efficiency;
- Analyze inspection results to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant safety and quality regulations.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in softlines/garments/textiles/footwear;
- Strong understanding of AQL standards and relevant safety regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
