About the Role

As a senior marketing leader, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive commercial business objectives. You will report directly into the General Manager and have ownership of leading and developing strategic go-to-market activity across retail and wholesale for the ANZ market.

You will set in place strong foundations of a marketing strategy that capitalizes on existing assets while looking for new ways to improve customer experience and offerings. This includes working collaboratively with product teams in delivering new products to market, developing channel strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships.

A key aspect of this role is acting as an ongoing brand custodian internally and externally. You will manage a growing team of direct reports and be responsible for driving growth and commercial outcomes within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have deep experience in launching go-to-market plans, developing new propositions, and utilizing customer insights to drive strategic outcomes. You should also have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
