About the RoleWe're looking for a proactive, detail-driven Data Entry / Account Manager to join our operations team at a fast-growing vape company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data accuracy, process improvement, and people management — and is eager to take ownership of systems and workflows.As we scale, you'll play a key role in managing a remote team of order processors, ensuring top-tier data quality, optimizing CRM workflows, and driving operational improvements. You'll collaborate with leadership and contribute directly to building a more reliable and efficient backend. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain 100% data accuracy across all account management and order entry tasks
  • Manage and monitor a team of remote account managers (attendance, output, quality)
  • Develop and implement new systems and workflows to streamline operations
  • Use tools such as Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, and Zoho CRM to automate and enhance processes
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead solutions — not just follow SOPs
  • Report performance trends and improvement ideas to leadership
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years of experience in data entry, account management, or operations
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage distributed teams
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of data integrity
  • Process-driven, but with the creativity to solve problems and optimize workflows
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Based in Latin America, aligned with U.S. time zones and work culture
  • Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, spreadsheets, and automation tools
