We seek a talented and experienced AI Automation Engineer to join our international team. Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain AI agents to perform repetitive, rule-based tasks using state-of-the-art AI platforms;
  • Analyze business workflows and identify automation opportunities;
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing tools and systems (APIs, RPA, etc.);
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives;
  • Monitor and evaluate deployed agents to ensure accuracy and effectiveness;
  • Stay current on emerging trends and tools in the AI automation space;
  • Document solutions and provide training/support when needed;
  • Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience developing automation workflows using AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, AutoGPT, Agentic frameworks);
  • Proficient in any of the following languages: Python, JavaScript or Java: for scripting AI tasks and integrating APIs;
  • Solid understanding of LLM prompt engineering techniques;
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Zapier, Make.com);
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience;
  • Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;
  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP);
  • Understanding of data privacy and ethical implications of AI use;
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
