Expert AI Automation Specialist

As a seasoned AI Specialist, you will design and implement intelligent automation solutions for IBM DB2 databases. Our ideal candidate possesses expertise in agentic AI applied to databases, with a proven track record of optimizing queries and data flows.
We are seeking a collaborative professional who can work closely with DBAs, data engineers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives. Experience with AI frameworks, data pipelines, ETL, and APIs is essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud, is also required.
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of security and compliance standards in data management, as well as excellent communication skills. English fluency (C1 level) is necessary for effective collaboration with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement AI agents that interact with IBM DB2 databases.
- Optimize queries and data flows through intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with DBAs, data engineers, and stakeholders to align solutions with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend AI frameworks.
- Ensure integrity, compliance, and security in data processes.
- 5+ years' experience as AI Specialist for IBM DB2 Databases OR similar.
- Proven experience in agentic AI applied to databases.
- Solid experience in IBM DB2: administration, complex queries, and performance tuning.
- Experience integrating AI services.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL, and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in data management.
- English C1 (Advanced)
- Experience working in international teams and communicating with stakeholders in English.
