As a Senior Tax Specialist (Projects), you will promote improved performance in tax and finance projects, integrating them to deliver more efficient business processes, ensuring compliance, and successfully achieving project implementation.

Responsibilities

All responsibilities you will assume include:

  • Optimization of Tax & Finance processes: support the implementation of project pipelines by mapping AS IS, identifying gaps, and proposing TO BE solutions.
  • Lead and follow up on meetings with relevant areas, ensuring all responsible teams are aligned with the project, executing their actions on time using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Critical analysis of processes to identify gaps, conflicts, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement following project governance requirements.
  • Support, gather information, study, and participate in actions related to system implementation, updates, and improvements.
  • Enable data and business integration for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and standardize Business Process Procedures, create training materials, and train involved areas.
  • Participate actively in forums related to Tax and Finance digital transformations.
  • Monitor project KPIs, tracking efficiencies, delays, and interdependencies.
  • Adopt a holistic approach to solve business process complexities within finance and tax compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Tax Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting
  • Advanced or fluent in written and spoken English
  • Specialized qualifications in Tax Transformation Management are valuable
  • Strong experience in Tax or Finance
  • Experience working within an international group context
  • Problem-solving skills, organization, teamwork, negotiation, and innovation
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools (BI, Figma is a plus)
  • ERP literacy (SAP HANA is a plus)
