Job Description

Main Activities

  • Provide expert support in logistics, commercial complaints, and food safety issues.
  • Conduct thorough audits in logistics and commercial areas, including warehouses and branches.
  • Oversee and validate complaints, ensuring timely resolution and report management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet client requirements and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality.
  • Proficiency in Turkish and English.
  • Experience in quality management.
  • Experience in commercial/logistic sectors.
