ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Fashion Planning team is responsible for driving strategic commercial planning through multidimensional analysis, category strategy, and fashion trend forecasting, ensuring agile decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to helping to develop and execute sales plans, assortment strategies, and forecasts.

● Monitor and analyze trends in fashion across diverse platforms including social media, runway shows, trade publications, and consumer behavior.

● Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging themes, styles, colors, and patterns relevant to our target market.

● Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations.

● Analyze consumer trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

● Utilize data-driven approaches to understand customer preferences and behaviors.

● Provide recommendations for product assortment and design elements based on trend forecasts and market analysis.

● Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations for the business

● Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

● Analyze sales performance, pricing strategies, and market share to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion design, fashion business, fashion marketing or related fields.

● Proven experience in fashion business, product development and fashion trends.

● Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and design principles.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and insights effectively.

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

● Fluency or advanced proficiency in English.

● Adaptability and willingness to collaborate across different functions.

● Knowledge or experience in e-commerce fashion industry is a plus.
