We're seeking to bring on a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our growing team. EPAM is conducting a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rapid Assessment aimed at building a well-defined roadmap toward a successful MVP rollout, accomplished through reviewing existing capabilities, pinpointing gaps, and confirming requirements. This engagement centers on standing up a brand-new Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced environment for a client in the MedTech space.
ResponsibilitiesLeverage demonstrated skill in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, customization, and integration within intricate enterprise settingsGuide and coach junior developers, taking charge of development processes while safeguarding code qualityWork directly with stakeholders to convert business objectives into technical solutions, handling client communication throughout the engagementKeep a sharp eye on detail to ensure scalable, high-caliber solutions are delivered even amid compressed timelines and shifting scopeExercise sound judgment and independence, prioritizing and juggling several active tasks without needing close supervisionPartner smoothly with a mid-sized, cross-functional team of 6-10 people, while maintaining coordination with outside vendor resourcesBring relevant exposure to MedTech or comparable regulated sectors, with awareness of compliance obligations and data sensitivity needsRequirementsTwo years or more of direct, applicable experience in an equivalent positionTake the lead on designing, building, and rolling out a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Advanced platform suited to client needsGuide and support a pair of junior developers, making sure best practices are followed and tasks are completed on scheduleConnect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with current enterprise systems to support smooth data flow and campaign executionKeep communication flowing consistently with client stakeholders and internal teams to manage expectations and track progressPerform detailed code reviews, testing procedures, and issue resolution to ensure the solution remains stable and performantPush forward rapid MVP delivery through effective prioritization, risk mitigation, and flexibility amid evolving requirementsCapture technical documentation covering solutions, workflows, and integration points to aid future maintenance and enhancement workPossess workable communication skills and English fluency at a B2 level or higher to interpret business requirements and translate them into agentic architecturesNice to havePrior exposure to or background within the Med Devices & MedTech sectorWe offerInternational projects with top brandsWork with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peersHealthcare benefitsEmployee financial programsPaid time off and sick leaveUpskilling, reskilling and certification coursesUnlimited access to the LinkedIn Learning library and 22,000+ coursesGlobal career opportunitiesVolunteer and community involvement opportunitiesEPAM Employee GroupsAward-winning culture recognized by Glassdoor, Newsweek and LinkedInEPAM is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
