Because when you thrive, we all thrive.**Job Title: Accounts Payable Analyst****INTRODUCTION:**We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts Payable Analyst** to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations, responsible for managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and external regulations.**WHAT YOU'LL DO:*** Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests, including performing settlement runs for scheduled payments* Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers* Monitor and resolve any discrepancies between accounts payable transactions, including bank account records* Maintain vendor records and manage onboarding documentation* Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure proper coding and approvals* Improve the Procure-to-Pay processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements* Support Procurement Acquisition team in requesting purchase orders creation when needed, facilitating communication with local suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines* Train employees ERP usage for procurement and accounts payable functions* Monitor aging reports and assist in cash flow forecasting* Monitor OCR application, automating data capture and streamline workflows* Support month-end and year-end closing activities* Provide ad hoc support to the local affiliate for procurement related activities, including conducting price quotes and purchasing for local employees (e.g., airline tickets, accommodation, and office supplies), enabling direct purchases of goods and services through P-Card utilization.* Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards**WHAT YOU'LL NEED:*** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting* Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP) and Microsoft Excel* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment**WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:*** Purpose led company, committed to help changing people's lives through technology, with a Values focused culture of Best Life, One Team, Growth Mindset* Days of Disconnect – once a quarter, we take a collective breather and enjoy a day off together around the globe. #oneteam* Health, dental and life insurance* Meal & home office allowance* App for monthly subscriptions to access gyms and studios.* Educational partnership with great discounts in colleges, English schools and others* Consigned loan paid directly through your payroll* EAP – we get you psychological, legal, and financial assistance when you need it.
