QA Sales Cloud (Salesforce)

Responsabilidades

  • Definir, executar e documentar casos de teste (manuais ou automatizados);
  • Validar regras de negócio e integrações relacionadas à Sales Cloud;
  • Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis (daily, planning, reviews);
  • Garantir a rastreabilidade de defeitos e evidências de testes;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de desenvolvimento, analistas de negócio e administradores Salesforce para assegurar entregas com qualidade;
  • Acompanhar testes de usuários (UAT) e apoiar a homologação.

Requisitos
  • Experiência como QA em projetos Salesforce, especialmente em Sales Cloud;
  • Conhecimento de processos de CRM: funil de vendas, leads, oportunidades, contas, contatos;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de testes e defeitos (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail ou similares);
  • Capacidade de análise de requisitos funcionais e técnicos;
  • Familiaridade com testes de API e integrações (Postman, SoapUI, etc.);
  • Ter trabalhado em equipe de desenvolvimento ágil;
  • Inglês - Intermediário/Avançado.

Desejável
  • Conhecimentos em automação de testes (Selenium, Provar, etc.).

Soft Skills
  • Atenção aos detalhes e perfil analítico;
  • Boa comunicação e trabalho em equipe;
  • Proatividade e orientação à melhoria contínua.
