• Development of quality procedures and documentation related to the product and activities that can influence the quality of the product.
• Quality inspection using devices of the products of the manufacturing area, from the raw material to the final product.
• Collect and contribute with the data related to the quality that make up the indicators.
• Develop and implement failure control throughout the manufacturing process, using FMEA, PFMEA, and other tools.
• Generate PPAP report/pilot report of the manufacture of the items or any change that is applied to the use of the tools.
• Implementation of good practices following ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with the standards that have been established.
• Collaborate with other departments of the company to carry out line improvement activities.
• Creation of standards and implementation of activities related to the company\'s 5S.
• Monitor the quality indicators related to the production process and the tests performed during, (scrap ratio /PPM / FPY, etc.).
• Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer and industry standards.
• To guarantee customer satisfaction during factory visits through all quality controls carried out.
• Analyze, when necessary, defects that may be caused during the production process coordinating with internal team to identify root causes and implement corrective action.
• Notify suppliers of non-conformities that may be identified during the processes, when necessary.
• Generate reports on failures that may come from the field through 8D tools/PDCA/Failure Description/Ishikawa.
• Always seek to contribute to continuous improvement through the PDCA and Six Sigma methodology.
• Participate in technical meetings and/or teleconferences, providing information on product quality issues.
• Carry out approvals of local suppliers and products derived from these suppliers, following the PPAP methodology, when necessary.
• Supporting process qualification (capabilities/R&R/Control Plan/MSA).
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure effective responses and action plans.
