Job Summary

A Quality Assurance Professional is sought after to ensure the quality of our products throughout the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality procedures, conducting quality inspections, collecting and contributing quality data, and collaborating with other departments to drive line improvement activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering and excellent analytical skills. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and documentation related to product quality.
  • Conduct quality inspections using various devices from raw materials to final products.
  • Collect and contribute quality data to indicators.
  • Implement failure control throughout the manufacturing process using FMEA, PFMEA, and other tools.
  • Generate PPAP reports for manufactured items or changes to tools.
  • Implement good practices following ISO 9001 to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive line improvement activities.
  • Create standards and implement 5S activities.
  • Monitor quality indicators related to production processes and tests.
  • Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures to meet customer and industry requirements.
