Sweden needs skilled engineers. About 30 000 of them by 2030, according to the Swedish Statistical Central Bureau. Right now we have around 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. Are you ready to help us?

Job Description As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are strong by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. Our Swedish delivery management team handles all relocation-related practicalities. In short we fix everything for our employees – visa, work permits, tickets, housing, you name it. Our clients are primarily in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. You will plan and execute work with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of a team that enjoys helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit senior engineers for Sweden-based roles across IT sectors.
  • Build trust with candidates and explain benefits of relocating to Sweden.
  • Coordinate with global recruiters, Swedish management, and relocation teams to facilitate visa, permits, housing, and travel.
  • Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Work with colleagues across multiple countries to plan and execute recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
  • A solid and well-proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with attention to detail, and able to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self-confident, social, friendly, and motivated.
  • Resilient with the ability to persist after a rejection.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
  • Start ASAP.
  • Full time.
  • Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
  • Minimum 12 months.
  • Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Location: remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
  • Free national holidays with maintained payment.
  • 20 paid vacation days.
  • Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
