We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. The role suits someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. It is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in HR and operations.

You'll be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback. The position is hybrid in Florianópolis and requires daily communication in English.

• Act as a proactive and communicative professional focused on hiring, talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
• Work in dynamic environments, maintain attention to detail, and solve problems with autonomy and responsibility.
• Collaborate with team members and, when needed, communicate with clients to understand business needs.

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
• Soft Skills: Proactivity; Problem-solving mindset; Clear and effective communication.

• As Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months); Work with international clients and standards; Opportunity to grow as a leader; Possibility to move between teams; Speak in English with coworkers.
