We are seeking a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You thrive in dynamic environments, are detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in the HR and operations field.

You will be part of a team that communicates with clients and supports business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Support hiring processes, talent sourcing, and administration tasks related to people operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist in coordination with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Engage with candidates and collaborate with managers to understand role requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
  • Soft skills: Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.
