• Engage in hiring and talent hunting activities, people operations, and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with business needs and occasionally communicate with clients directly.
• Contribute to process improvements in HR and operations with autonomy and accountability.

• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written), residing in Florianópolis – SC, interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work, strong communication skills.
• Nice-to-haves: Prior administrative or service-related experience, familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets, experience in fast-paced environments or startups, international experience, undergraduate degree, soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

• Contract type: PJ (contractor)
• Compensation: R$2,500/month, with possibility of increasing to R$5,000 after 6 months
• Work setting: remote with hybrid in Florianópolis; collaborate with international clients
