Become a key contributor as a Senior Engineer, driving innovative projects that optimize data product runtime architecture within SAP Business Data Cloud. Utilize your advanced skills to support impactful performance and scalability solutions

Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze and refine Spark workloads, applying advanced performance tuning techniques.
• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring strategies for detecting and diagnosing performance bottlenecks.
• Lead projects to build frameworks that facilitate scalable and elastic Business Data Cloud workloads
• Document advanced optimization strategies and lead training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Initiate AI-driven automation projects to improve workload efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of distributed computing concepts and their optimization in big data processing.
• In-depth knowledge of Apache Spark architecture and execution model.
• Proven expertise in performance profiling and advanced tuning of Spark applications.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing DataFrame operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills for debugging runtime and performance issues.
• Experience with monitoring and analytics tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Developing leadership abilities and communication skills for technical mentorship.
