Oportunidade para DevOps Engineer Sênior em uma empresa de tecnologia com atuação nacional, líder em soluções de gestão para restaurantes em nuvem.

Quais serão as responsabilidades dessa pessoa:

  • Planejar, implementar e manter infraestrutura escalável, confiável e segura na AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, Elasticache, CloudWatch, S3, IAM);
  • Gerenciar e aprimorar continuamente pipelines CI/CD utilizando ferramentas como Bitbucket Pipelines e Jenkins;
  • Automatizar processos de provisionamento e gerenciamento de infraestrutura por meio de ferramentas como Terraform, CloudFormation ou AWS CDK;
  • Garantir a observabilidade e monitoramento eficaz dos sistemas com ferramentas como CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana;
  • Atuar proativamente em práticas de segurança de infraestrutura (DevSecOps), políticas IAM, auditorias e análise contínua de vulnerabilidades;
  • Liderar tecnicamente incidentes, conduzindo análises de causa raiz, ações corretivas e medidas preventivas (post-mortem);
  • Mentorar a equipe e disseminar cultura DevOps, automação e melhoria contínua dos processos e ferramentas utilizadas;
  • Colaborar diretamente com equipes internas para definir padrões de desenvolvimento e implantação alinhados às melhores práticas do mercado.

Hard Skills para concorrer a essa oportunidade:

  • Experiência consolidada em ambiente AWS, com forte conhecimento em serviços como ECS, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, Elasticache e RDS;
  • Domínio de ferramentas de infraestrutura como código (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK); Proficiência em ferramentas de CI/CD (Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, GitHub Actions);
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em Docker, Kubernetes e gestão de containers em produção;
  • Experiência em monitoramento e observabilidade (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus); 
  • Vivência com práticas de segurança em ambiente cloud e DevSecOps;
  • Habilidades em resolução de incidentes críticos, com experiência em post-mortem e planos de ação preventivos;
  • Excelente comunicação interpessoal e capacidade de mentoria técnica; 
  • Forte comprometimento com a cultura ágil e práticas de melhoria contínua.

Diferenciais:

  • Certificações AWS relevantes.
  • Experiência prévia em produtos digitais ou plataformas SaaS.
  • Conhecimento em bancos relacionais, preferencialmente PostgreSQL;
  • Experiência com infraestrutura de aplicações web;
  • Conhecimento de desenvolvimento de software com JavaScript (NodeJS);
  • Experiência com serviços de mensageria como SQS, SNS e Kafka;
