Hunter Relationship Manager - Global

Established in early 2010 by the former Global Head of M&A at Groupe Casino , Euro Latina Finance is a French independent financial advisory firm specialized in cross-border transactions between Europe and Latin America. With regional offices in Paris, São Paulo, and Bogotá, the firm provides tailor-made M&A and strategic advice to international blue-chip clients, focusing on cross-border transactions between Europe/US and Latin America (US$200mm– US$1bn+).

Since inception, the firm has advised 28 successful transactions across ~60 M&A projects, including landmark deals into/from Latin America.

Description of the Position

The Location: São Paulo office located in Itaim Bibi

The Role: M&A Intern

The Intern will be involved in the origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including preparation of internal and client presentations (pitches, company profiles, teasers, CIMs), participation in financial and valuation analyses, and meetings or calls with international clients alongside senior team members.

Qualifications

• Full availability to work in our São Paulo office (Itaim Bibi); 100% on-site position
• High academic credentials from a leading business/engineering school and/or top-tier university
• Solid background in finance and accounting; rigorous attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Previous experience in an IB or PE firm is preferred
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; French and/or Spanish valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS-Office proficiency (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Expected graduation Jul/26, Dez/26 or later

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer with proven experience in financial environments, particularly in Global & Capital Markets of a Financial Institution. This role involves designing and implementing scalable data solutions to support management control, P&L analysis, accounting reconciliation, and regulatory reporting. Opportunities exist to deepen expertise in cloud platforms, data architecture, and advanced analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data transformation and analytics workflows for financial operations, reporting, and performance management
• Work with structured and unstructured data from Treasury tools (Calypso, Murex) and market sources; ensure data integrity across Markets, Operations, Accounting, and Risk
• Implement and optimize workflows using Airflow, dbt, Control-M, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to data architecture initiatives (data lakes, data mesh) on cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Agile environments to translate requirements into data solutions
• Support PMO and data productisation for advanced analytics teams

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or similar quantitative field
• Experience with Databricks, Python, SQL and Spark
• Understanding of financial products and valuation methods in Corporate & Investment Banking
• Familiarity with trading/risk data sources (Calypso, Murex) and related systems
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, Control-M) and version control/CI tools (Git, CI/CD)
• Strong analytical skills for complex datasets in regulated environments
• Advanced English

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Exposure to data governance/observability (data lineage, cataloguing, metadata)
• Knowledge of accounting and regulatory reporting processes
• PMO routines, data ingestion, and model productisation experience
• Interest in platform engineering or advanced analytics
• Advanced Spanish
