will play a pivotal role in both developing innovative Data & Analytics products and enhancing existing solutions within * Working collaboratively with multiple vendors* Leading complex projects - project management* Stakeholder management and influencing skills* Managing infrastructure services delivery, support and excellence* Working in global IT function with regional or global responsibilities in an environment like Mondelēz International* Working with IT outsourcing providers using frameworks such as the IT Infrastructure Library* Working with internal and external teams and leading when necessaryEngage collaboratively with business stakeholders, translating their data visualization and analytics requirements into comprehensive Business Requirement Documents. Optimize Tableau dashboards, ensuring efficient data retrieval and a seamless user experience. Ensure Data & Analytics products are optimized for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency, meeting and exceeding required standards and expectations.Work extensively with both internal Mondelez and external teams, including architects, scheduling team, data source owners, and business analysts, playing a leadership role in project management for both new implementations and enhancements. **Technical skills:**Experience in developing Tableau dashboards and working with Alteryx and Tableau Prep (or exposure and willingness to learn). Familiarity with SAP/HANA as a data source, along with experience working with various other data sources and relational databases. SQL knowledge (Intermediate) Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation Proven ability to estimate, plan, and document projects, including the creation of High-Level Design and Technical Design documents. Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira.Proven ability to own and drive the project end-to-end. **Soft Skills:**Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with internal and external partners.
