Responsabilidades. Colaborar com os clientes para entender suas necessidades específicas de gestão de produção, manutenção e qualidade. Configurar e personalizar os módulos SAP PP/PM/QM para atender aos requisitos de gestão. Planejamento de necessidades de material, a lista de materiais, as rotas de produção e o planejamento da capacidade. Dominar dados mestres em tabelas de dados mestres centralizadas. Os tipos de dados mestres incluem o mestre de materiais, o centro de trabalho, a lista de materiais e a rota de produção. Os dados mestres são utilizados para criar dados transacionais no SAP ECC, como a criação de uma ordem de fabricação no PP, um pedido de cliente no SD ou um pedido no MM. Conhecer os submódulos do SAP PP de planejamento de vendas e operações (SOP), o planejamento de longo prazo (LTP), a gestão de dados (DM), o planejamento mestre de produção/ planejamento das necessidades de material (MPS/MRP), o planejamento das necessidades de capacidade (CRP), o controle de planta e os sistemas de informação.
